Grow Op Farms, the leading I-502 producer by volume of top-shelf cannabis in the state of Washington, is hiring a full-time Sales Support Representative for their Spokane Valley Location. The schedule for this position is 8:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday - Friday, with additional hours available as needed.
This is a Full-Time position in a high-volume, fast paced production driven environment. The ideal candidate is organized, good with direction and follow through, will have excellent verbal and written communication as well as the ability to multi-task to stay on track. Full-Time schedules consist of 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime to meet business needs. Affordable benefits offered within 90 days: medical, dental, vision, accident, and life.

Job Summary 
This position is responsible for receiving and completing sales orders to meet customer needs. Supports and adheres to company’s Standards of Conduct & Discipline. Supports and adheres to company’s Standards of Conduct & Discipline.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Processes orders out of Phat Panda ordering system and provides timely and accurate order information to fulfillment center via verbal, written, and electronic communication.
  2. Maintains and keeps current all tracking sheets and documents as assigned.
  3. Manifests orders using Cultivera and other software platforms meeting set deadlines.
  4. Communicates with and assists clients and sales team members regarding order issues, product returns and product and order update information.
  5. Communicates with Delivery Manager regarding delivery days and drivers. 
  6. Receives instructions and assigned work verbally, via email, and by written communications; work is reviewed and approved by Sales Support Supervisor and Sales & Inventory Manager.
  7. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.  These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job. 

  • Must be 21 years old or older

Education/Experience:  to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:

  • High School Diploma or a General Education Degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Trimming/plant experience helpful but not required

Physical Abilities:  to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:

  • Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 10 pounds, and grasp.
  • Frequently walk, reach, and taste, or smell. 
  • Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl,  carry up to 25 pounds, talk, or hear.
  • Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness).
