Grow Op Farms, the leading I-502 producer by volume of top-shelf cannabis in the state of Washington, is hiring a Inside Sales Order Representative (VMI) for their Spokane Valley Location. This position is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, with the hours to be determined. Base pay is $15.00 per hour, plus performance incentives based on sales! 

This is a Full-Time position in a high-volume, fast paced production driven environment. The ideal candidate is organized, good with direction and follow through, and will have excellent verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to multi-task to stay on track. Full-Time schedules consist of 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime to meet business needs. Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing and replenishing the customers’ inventory. This role evaluates sales data, and with that data helps to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity for our sales team. Supports and adheres to the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
Job Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Monitors assigned accounts and approves orders.
  2. Evaluates client account information (purchases, past order history).
  3. Partners with coworkers and clients for account and sales accuracy.
  4. Prepares reports and understands deadlines and cut off times.
  5. Collects and analyzes portal and market data.
  6. Identifies current inventory.
  7. Recommends future orders and sales.
  8. Partners with clients on their sales orders.
  9. Trains peers on systems and common tasks
  10. Approves orders as directed by leadership
  11. Assists with Research & Development projects as assigned. 
  12. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.  These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job. 

  • Must be 21 years old or older.

Education/Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have: 

  • a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, including proficiency in Microsoft Offices products (i.e. Word and Excel) and Google Drive (i.e. Docs and Sheets).
  • Previous experience with data analysis/entry preferred.

Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:

  • Frequently sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 10 pounds, and grasp.
  • Regularly walk, climb stairs, reach, and taste, or smell.  
  • Occasionally stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 50 pounds, talk, or hear.
  • Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness).
